Terms of Service
End-User Agreement between the operator of SacredGPT and individuals or entities utilizing the web application and API.
1. General Provisions & Contracting Party
These Terms govern the use of SacredGPT provided by [ИП / ООО Название ОГРН / ИНН] (hereinafter — Operator). Service access is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.
2. Account Security & API Key Confidentiality
The user holds sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of issued API keys and 2FA credentials. Charges resulting from compromised user API keys are non-refundable.
3. Billing Rules & Credit Ledger Policy
SacredGPT calculates model utilization in virtual internal credits (1 credit = 1 RUB):
- • Subscription Credits: Included in monthly plans (590 / 1,490 / 3,490 RUB). Refresh monthly and do not roll over.
- • Purchased Credits: Acquired via one-off top-ups. Never expire and remain active until fully consumed.
- • Wallet Isolation: Chat and API balances are isolated and cannot cross-deduct.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not utilize SacredGPT for malicious cyber activity, automated spam, system compromise attempts, or illegal content creation. The Operator reserves the right to suspend abusive accounts.
5. Availability Targets & Limitation of Liability
The Operator targets 99.9% API uptime availability. In the event of upstream model provider downtime, traffic is dynamically rerouted where backup nodes permit.
