Terms of Service

1. Scope of the Agreement

SacredGPT provides a web interface and compatible API for accessing third-party AI models, working with text and files, generating images, and using available auxiliary features. Available models, capabilities, estimated price, and current availability are shown before a request is sent.

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. You act on your own behalf or confirm that you are authorized to act for an organization.

2. Request Processing

After confirmation, a request is sent to the selected or available model provider. If a model is temporarily unavailable, SacredGPT may retry the request or offer another route when allowed by the selected settings. You may cancel a streaming request, but tokens already processed by the provider may still be charged.

A request is successful when the provider returns a technically valid response and usage data. This does not mean that an output is accurate, complete, unique, or fit for a particular purpose; model outputs must be independently reviewed.

3. Price, Quota, and Charging

Current plans are published on the pricing page. The current products are the Chat subscription and the independent Hermes subscription. One-off balance top-ups and credit bundles are no longer sold. Usage is counted in 5-hour and 7-day quota units; this is not a per-token rouble price. If a request stops without countable usage, the reserved window volume is released.

• • Chat and API quota is shared per account and model: chat, browser Agent, and ordinary API keys share SacredAI and Heretic windows separately.
• • Chat subscription sets the windows for the paid period; unused volume does not roll over to the next month.
• • SacredAI has a renewing free quota; a paid plan gives the model its own windows, separate from Heretic.
• • SacredAI Heretic after 10 lifetime requests uses separate Chat-plan limits shared by Chat, browser Agent, and ordinary Public API.
• • Hosted Hermes is purchased separately from the Chat plan and uses the agent's own per-model limit. No extra Chat plan is required.
• • Images are counted as separate monthly generations and are not billed in credits.

The final amount and payment method are shown before redirecting to the payment provider. An unpaid or expired invoice creates no obligation between the parties.

4. User Responsibilities

You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit prompts, files, and other materials, comply with applicable law and provider rules, and remain responsible for how generated outputs are used.

Spam, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access to third-party systems, circumvention of technical limits, illegal goods or services, child exploitation material, promotion of illegal drugs, real-world violence, and any other unlawful content or activity are prohibited. SacredGPT may stop a request or restrict an API key or account when abuse is detected.

The availability of models designed to address a broad range of topics, including SacredAI Heretic, does not mean that SacredGPT endorses, encourages, or authorizes unlawful use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, use of outputs, and any resulting actions comply with applicable law and respect third-party rights.

5. Account and Security

Sign-in uses a link sent to a verified email address, with optional 2FA. A full API key is shown only when created and is then stored by the service as a hash. You must keep sign-in links, backup codes, and API keys confidential and remain responsible for account activity until compromise is reported.

SacredGPT may temporarily restrict access when fraud, an attack, key compromise, budget-limit violations, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription auto-renewal may be cancelled in the account dashboard or through support. After cancellation, the paid period remains active until its end date. Payment refund eligibility, timing, and limits are set out in the refund policy.

7. Availability and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and model outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You use outputs at your own discretion and risk and must independently review them before making decisions or taking action.

SacredGPT operates the service with reasonable technical care, but model providers, payment systems, search services, and network infrastructure are not under the project’s complete control. Models, limits, and features may change, and maintenance or upstream failures may temporarily restrict access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SacredGPT’s liability for a disputed request or paid service is limited to the amount actually charged for that request or service. This limit does not apply where the law expressly requires otherwise.

8. Support and Data

9. Changes to These Terms

SacredGPT may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. New registrations, payments, and requests are governed by the version available when the relevant action occurs; material changes may require renewed acceptance.
